Machine Features
•Injection unit applied AC servo-motor to feed materials, which isprecise and power saving.
•Adaopting MOOG close-loop high respondence servo valve andaccumulator.
•The maximum injection speed could be 700mm /sec.
• Due toapplying the structure by hybrid type of electricity and oil, it isable to do the process of feeding materials and opening-closingmold at the same time, to save much more cycle time ofmolding.
• Thelubrication of teggle system applied release pressure lubricationsystem by electrically filling grease which was made in Japan toget strong efficiency of lubrication and to saveoil.
• The newcontrol system is built into this series of machines and the speedof system reaction is able to reach 1ms, having good sensitivereactio and stabilizing.
•Theprecision and stabilization are almost on same lever as allelectric injection machiens to be suitable for producing super thinparts and products of micro-complicateprecision.
